A stone barn conversion with 7 bedrooms, a 10-minute walk from Hamps. Book it with Hamps Hall and Barn for up to 56 guests, or on its own.

Pricing & terms
Everything you need to know before you book.
35% deposit
Secures your dates. We don’t take provisional bookings.
Balance
The remaining 65% is due 12 weeks before arrival. We send a reminder a week before.
£1,500 security deposit
Paid by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival. We’ll email you when it’s due.
Check-in 4pm
Check-out is 10am.
Extras
- Dogs: £40 per dog
- Day guests: £25 per person, leaving by midnight
- Early check-in (2pm) or late check-out (12pm): £400, confirmed 2 weeks before arrival
- Tablecloth hire: £30 for a full setting in the Hamps Barn dining room, or £20 in the Hamps Hall dining room
- Hot tubs: two five-person hot tubs in the Hamps Barn garden
How booking works
When you choose your dates you’ll go to Party Houses Europe Ltd, the official booking partner of Hamps Hall and Barn, to complete your booking securely.
Groups need to be aged 30 or over, unless it’s a multi-generational family gathering.
