Hamps Barn was converted from the farm’s original stone cattle sheds, keeping the exposed beams and trusses. With two huge rooms for socialising and walks straight from the door, it’s made for get-togethers of up to 20.

The living room is close to 50 feet long, with Chesterfield sofas and a 65-inch TV: the perfect place for a party or a movie night.
The dining room is just as big. Use it for dinner, as a second party room or as a meeting space, with a full-size table tennis table for everyone to use.
A house sound system is ready for DJs and playlists.

Yes. Book both for up to 40 guests: see Hamps Hall and Barn.
Is there a hot tub?
Yes, a five-person hot tub in the barn garden is included, and a second can be added for £150. It can take a few hours to heat up on arrival day.
Is Hamps Barn accessible?
Yes. There are four ground-floor bedrooms, an accessible wet room next to a twin room, and step-free access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Extra-wide wheelchairs may not fit into the dining room.
Can we have a party?
Yes. The barn has two rooms of nearly 50 feet, and DJs plug into the house sound system. External speakers aren’t allowed.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome for £40 per dog.
