Supplier FAQs
Can we bring our own caterer or private chef?
Yes. Hamps Hall and Barn is self-catering, so you are free to bring in any caterer or chef. My Event Concierge also offers private dining packages at the house.
Can we have a tipi or marquee?
Yes. You can put a tipi or marquee in our private field. Kata Chiefs and Viva La Tipi have both worked with our guests.
Do you recommend any photographers?
Yes. Harvey Films, Isla-Vee Photography, Keylight Photography, Simon Atkins, Bomknights Photography, Emma Beaumont Photography and Wildgoose Photographics have all been recommended by our guests.
Do suppliers need a licence to sell alcohol?
Yes. Any supplier selling alcohol on site needs its own event licence.
Can we hold our wedding ceremony at Hamps Hall and Barn?
We don’t hold a wedding licence, so you marry at a local church or register office first (the village church is about a 10-minute walk away), then celebrate here.
