Hold your strategy sessions in the 50-foot barn, break out into the Hall’s living room and library, then get outside for team challenges in the field or a walk along the Manifold Valley.
With 34 individual beds, most people get their own bed, and everyone comes together for dinner around one table.

There’s parking at the house. Full-size coaches can’t get up the lane, so we’ll point you to a nearby drop-off point.

How many people can stay for a corporate retreat?
Up to 40 guests in 18 bedrooms, with 34 individual beds so most of your team won’t need to share a bed. Add another 16 at our nearby barn, Merrymeet.
Is there space for meetings and workshops?
Yes. The 50-foot barn works well as a main meeting room, and the dining room seats up to 64. There’s a second dining room and living room in the Hall for breakout sessions.
What is the Wi-Fi like?
Hamps Hall and Barn has Starlink satellite internet, so you can stay connected for calls and presentations.
Can we hire it for a day?
Yes, Hamps Hall and Barn is available for day hire, and you can add day guests to an overnight booking at £25 per person.
Can meals be catered?
Yes. Use the two fully equipped kitchens, or bring in one of our catering partners for anything from breakfast to a four-course dinner.
How easy is it to get to?
It’s around 35 minutes from Stoke-on-Trent station, 45 minutes from Derby station and about an hour from Manchester and East Midlands airports, with parking at the house.
